**You will have an impact on**:

- Elevating operational performance and **pushing for excellence** across all local touchpoints
- Owning the **day-to-day execution and performance** of our operations in **Austria**
- Being the **single point of accountability** for local performance across functions
- ** Collaborating with central functional leads** to co-create and localise strategic initiatives
- Ensuring every property is **ready, compliant, and exceeds guest expectations**at all times
- Fix what doesn’t work and scale what does
- Reporting on **country-level P&L**, operational KPIs with full transparency and ownership

- ** Fluent in German (C1-C2) and English, with confidence navigating local regulations and stakeholders**
