**Focus: Procurement Compliance**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Support in controlling that sourcing events are performed in compliance with our internal regulations (e.g., RFP requirements) and help resolve identified gaps
- Promote compliance within the department
- Contribute to implementing Procurement improvement initiatives
- Support the maintenance and update of training materials
- Assist with Third Party Due Diligence reporting, including analysis and assessment of spend data
- Prepare reports and presentations.
**Personal skills and professional experience**:
- Ongoing bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English. Other European languages is a plus
- Positive attitude and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service
- Strong execution and collaboration with the internal Procurement team
- Flexible to take on ad-hoc tasks in response to changing priorities
- Problem solver
- Uphold a high standard of integrity and intercultural competency.
