Job-integrated Master: Junior HR Specialist (M/F/d) Executive Reward & Performance, Allianz

**TASKS**
- Active participation in all ongoing activies of the Reward and Performance area as well as engaging with local entities
- Support in the process of further improving our HR IT platform through coordinating developments in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders, testing and documentation
- Analyze performance and compensation data and prepare reports on key process outcomes
- Development of communication strategies and creation of global communication materials

**PROFILE**
- Bachelor degree in Economics / Business Administration / Business Information Systems or any comparable
- First practical experiences in Human Resources (preferable within the area of Reward & Performance) or IT (through internships or working student positions)
- First experiences with SAP SuccessFactors or any other HCM Software is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- IT affinity and a keen interest in HR IT tools
- Proactive, problem-solving and motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is a plus
