**Head of Corporate Quality Q-Planning and Business Units (M/F/d)**:
**Your job**:
- Responsible for the global quality/test planning process and related sub-processes, as well as their implementation, improvement and further development
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of the employees in the area of responsibility and technical leadership of the process participants worldwide
- Responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the quality strategy to ensure its achievement, in particular increasing customer satisfaction and reducing non-quality costs
- Responsible for initiating, managing and implementing appropriate projects and measures to achieve the short and medium term quality objectives, in particular the process objectives in the quality/test planning process
- Actively pursue quality/process objectives and monitor quality/test planning work e.g. FMEAs, production control and test plans, process compliance (Q-Gates), as well as prepare for and present to committees
- Independent decision maker in risk and maturity assessment (Q-Gates) in projects. Communicates, advocates, and follows through on these decisions until action closure
- Responsible for enabling the organization for quality/test planning and efficient and effective implementation of quality objectives in project work and series optimization
- Responsible for the further development of process relevant methods and tools, especially for the implementation of CAQ software and replacement of current tools in the quality/test planning process in direct exchange with the process involved and product responsible functions worldwide
- Ensure implementation of and compliance with relevant Festo Management System guidelines and uniform quality standards within the area of responsibility and relevant processes
- Responsible for the preparation, coordination and execution of specific Q-training and quality awareness activities worldwide related to the quality/test planning process and associated sub-processes
**Your qualification**:
- Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, quality management or comparable qualification
- Several years of management experience in line and projects required
- In-depth knowledge of global process management combined with many years of experience in quality management
- Strong problem solving skills, good knowledge of relevant quality management methods and SAP skills
- Fluent negotiation skills in German and English
- Goal orientation, strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Ability to work in a team, intercultural competence and high willingness to travel
