- Work closely with the 24/7 team to ensure that they can effectively use the monitoring platforms and promptly respond to alerts
- Set up processes to ensure that the 24/7 team can efficiently work with the alerts and that product teams have the highest benefit of the support possibilities of the 24/7 team.
- Continuously review the existing monitoring platforms with the responsible persons to ensure that they have the necessary capabilities to support operational stability to it’s best
- Analyze data with help of AI to identify patterns and recommend improvements to the 24/7 team and product teams
- Review Sessions on Incidents for improving Monitoring
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in monitoring and analytics
- Provide training and guidance to the 24/7 team and product teams on new processes and technologies

- Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations monitoring and data analytics
- Strong knowledge of monitoring platforms such as NewRellic, SPLUNK, Uptrends, AppDynamics etc.
- Experience in setting up processes to work with alerts
- Strong data analytics skills with experience in using AI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
