Working Student

We are looking for a working student (M/F/x) to strengthen our Human Resources team in Berlin. As a Working Student in Human Resources, you will play an essential role in the global HR team and it is a great opportunity to learn how an HR function works in an international company. You will learn from a range of experienced colleagues who themselves will have varied career histories. On top of that, you'll enhance your CV with practical, real-life work experience. You’ll be supported by the people on your team, accelerate your development and growth, and gain familiarity with a wide variety of HR functional areas.

**What will you be doing**:

- Support the HR team with all relevant tasks along the employee lifecycle to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations, including assistance in the administration of employment contracts, certificates, leave, work permits and visa documentation
- Working on exciting HR projects, e.g. setting up talent management or learning & development initiatives
- Assisting with setting up a state-of-the-art internal workspace and knowledge sharing space in close collaboration with our Head of Internal Communications

**You'll need to have**:

- You are currently studying, ideally with a focus in / reference to Human Resources
- Ideally first working experience in the HR function
- Flexibility, agility and capacity to adapt to an environment of constant change
- High level of commitment, initiative and willingness to learn
- You are able to communicate effectively in English and German
