Für unseren renommierten Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Onsite Supporter (m/w/d) in Ingolstadt.

Aufgaben
- Supportaufgaben im Onsite Support an der Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client
- Installation und Konfiguration der Hard
- und Software
- Fehleranalyse
- und behebung
- fachliches Eskalationsmanagement

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung z.B. zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration, IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d) oder IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Kenntnisse im Bereich von Client Hardware (Notebooks, Workstations und PCs)
- Arbeit mit Service Knowledge Management, sowie Wissens-Management Tool
- Umgang mit Kunden
- gerne Führerschein
