THE ROLE

We are looking for a versatile individual who can help Zoomo mainly as a Van Delivery Driver and Bike Chaser. The role combines delivering our Zoomo bikes to important customer locations across Berlin with the identification and recovery of stolen bikes across the city.

As a bike chaser you will collaborate with different departments to gather information on bike locations and attempt recoveries wherever possible. This will primarily be based across Berlin, but they may be required to go further afield if needed. Bike chasers will be required to engage with members of the public in a personable and professional manner during a recovery as needed. They will also serve as the point of contact with law enforcement when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver Bikes to our customer sides across Berlin
- Pick up bicycles from customers who refuse to pay or return the bike
- Search for bicycles near customers' address
- Chase down bikes when a customer's bike is stolen, using the GPS tracking on our bikes
- Follow strict processes outlined by Zoomo to ensure a safe but effective bike recovery

**Requirements**:
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Driving License
- Must be dedicated, collaborative, and ready to win
- Must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Calm manner and great at de-escalating situations
- Trained in operational safety & conflict management

NICE TO HAVES
- Ex-security / police / etc. personnel
- Security Industry Authority (SIA) qualification or similar
- Previous asset recovery experience
- Trained in operational safety & conflict management
