**We are looking for Sales Assistant for a Luxury brand in Munich**

As a Sales Assistant for a luxury brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success and image of the brand. Your role is vital in creating a luxurious and memorable shopping experience for high-end clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, providing a personalized and engaging experience. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions and cultivate long-term relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of the luxury brand's products, their history, craftsmanship, and unique selling points. Be able to effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
- Build and maintain a client database, keep track of customer preferences, and proactively reach out to customers with new product arrivals and special events.
- Contribute to the aesthetic presentation of the store, ensuring that the luxury brand's image and visual standards are consistently maintained.
- Assist in sales transactions, including processing payments, wrapping purchases, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Keep track of inventory levels, assist with restocking, and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with tact and professionalism, always striving to find a mutually satisfactory solution.
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the store to create an inviting and luxurious shopping environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous retail experience, particularly in luxury or high-end retail, is often preferred.
- Impeccable presentation and grooming standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for luxury brands and a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to adapt and provide the highest level of service in a fast-paced and ever-changing retail environment.
- Discretion and respect for customer privacy and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in multiple languages may be an asset, depending on the clientele the luxury brand serves.

In this role, your primary goal is to make customers feel special and valued, enhancing their perception of the luxury brand. You should also be an ambassador for the brand, embodying its values and culture while striving to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
