**What you'll do**
- You make sure that our office is always well equipped and that no important materials are missing. You have the entire ordering process under control and ensure that everything runs smoothly
- You coordinate the ordering and shipping of hardware for new internal and external employees and ensure that they are optimally equipped and ready to go
- You support us in our onboarding process so that new employees can quickly settle in and become productive You are the first point of contact for IT issues of our external colleagues and provide expert support or connect them with the right people
**What you bring**
- Student trainee (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the fields of computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable fields
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
- Initial experience in IT support, logistics or similar administrative activities is an advantage
- You have a strong interest in IT and administrative processes, you bring care and accuracy to your work and you enjoy working in a structured way
- You are highly motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
- You can work 15-20 hours per week.

Delos Cloud GmbH was founded by SAP to offer the German administration a sovereign cloud on an open hyperscaler platform. As a reliable partner, we will meet the special security requirements of our customers and contribute to the digital transformation of public administration.
