**Ihre Aufgabe**:

- Verantwortung, Steuerung und Leitung komplexer Produkte in der Rolle als Product Owner
- Fachliche Führung agiler Produkt Teams und Sicherstellung der engen Zusammenarbeit mit allen Beteiligten inkl. Koordination interner und externer Ressourcen
- Identifikation, Analyse, Bewertung und Abstimmung fachlicher Anforderungen
- Verantwortung für die Erreichung der wirtschaftlichen, qualitativen und zeitlichen Projektziele
- Planung und Verantwortung von Deployments und Releases, inkl. Release Notes
- Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Workshops

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einer IT nahen Fachrichtung oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als IT Product Owner im Bereich der agilen Entwicklung Cloud basierter Enterprise Software im Automotive Umfeld
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft
- Erfahrung in Anwendungen wie Jira und Confluence
- Effektive fachliche Führung von interdisziplinären Teams durch authentische und überzeugende Persönlichkeit
- Selbstständige, ziel
- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude an der gemeinsamen Lösung komplexer Problemstellungen, starke kommunikative Fähigkeit
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge, Teamfähigkeit gepaart mit Kommunikationskompetenz und dem Willen, Produkte erfolgreich zu machen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
