**Intern in Global Commercial Learning & Development (all genders)**

As part of our commitment to advancing healthcare, FOX is focused on six key therapeutic areas: Cardiovascular, Cardiorenal, Ophthalmology, Oncology, and Women’s Health.

Our Learning and Development (L&D) team plays a crucial role in supporting both the Product teams and the Capabilities teams; is an exciting time to join our global team as we launch new brands and support multiple product lines learning journeys.

**YOUR TASKS AND EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES**:

- Support the development and execution of comprehensive training programs by
- Contribute to the roll-out of a global, cross-brand Customer Facing teams‘ project by
- Assist in the implementation of internal quality programs by
- Gain exposure to various aspects of the business by
- Work closely with your assigned mentor to relentlessly build your strengths, incorporate feedback, and develop your skills throughout the internship to prepare for a successful professional journey.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Enrolled in a master’s programme, with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (advanced qualifications are a plus). Any experience or familiarity with oncology therapeutical areas is a benefit
- A passionate learner, eager to acquire new skills and leverage the extensive internal and external network provided by this experience.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and critical thinking abilities (both written and spoken).
- Experience and certification in Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum, is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office with the ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other photo/video editing software is a plus.
- Excellent English skills, oral and written; German is a plus
