One of the largest providers of electric vehicle charging stations in Europe is expanding and is currently looking for an Electrical Technician to join their team. The position is based in Berlin and involves visiting installation sites throughout Germany and Austria.
The main role of the Electrical Technician is to oversee the installation of electric vehicles. You will need to ensure that the installer has carried out the work safely and that the site looks functional and aesthetically pleasing.
A background as a qualified electrician/engineer with experience in the installation of electrical systems at a commercial level is required.
**Electrical Engineer Package**:
- Annual Salary: €50,000.00 - €72,000.00 (Euro).
- Bonus OTE 5% of gross annual salary, maximum 10% (based on company targets and personal objectives).
- Holidays - 30 days per year plus public holidays
- Mobile phone and laptop provided
- Training budget €750 per year
- Office equipment budget €750
- 50 € net WFH allowance per month
- Meal allowance (paper food vouchers redeemable in shops and restaurants)
- Travel expenses reimbursed
- Pension
**As an Electrician you will be responsible for**:
- Responsible for the quality control of the charging stations.
- Providing the product teams with key information on the performance of the products used to improve quality
- Back in the office, you may be asked to test our products and review the results to share the information
**To qualify for this position you must**:
- Proven experience as an electrician/electrical technician.
- Be happy to pass on your knowledge to our third party installers and service technicians.
- You speak fluent German and advanced English
- You have a valid driving licence and are able to work in Germany.
- You are willing to travel, which may occasionally require an overnight stay at an installation site.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
