We are seeking a motivated customer service/business support professional with experience in inbound orders, logistics and billing to join a small dynamic team and growing business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Order processing/dispatch and loan kit management
- Accounts processing, invoicing, and billing
- Providing a high level of service and responsiveness with all enquiries
- Inventory management/reporting
- Administration support

Skills and experience
- Fluency in written and spoken German & English
- Strong communication and planning skills
