Team Lead Digital Product

As our team lead of digital product, you will own our core channel: our online shop i.e. our digital product. You will be at the forefront of building the leading international D2C Brand for feel-good convenience food. You will work closely with the founders and the marketing team and you are responsible for our most important customer touchpoint to convert prospects into customers and customers into loyal community members. We’re looking for ambitious and highly motivated individuals who want to take on responsibility and shape our digital product set-up to take it to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:

- New role, new challenge: you lift our online stores to a new level - develop e-commerce and channel strategies, never losing relevant KPIs out of sight
- You develop and follow scalable processes, from price management to bundle offers - and optimize CVR on all levels through rigorous testing
- You own our digital product (i.e. the main sales channel) and are responsible for the overall CX on our e-commerce platforms along the conversion funnel (from landing pages, SEO all the way to subscription)
- You closely collaborate with several stakeholders (internal product team, marketing as well as external developers/ agencies)
- You build, develop and manage a strong e-commerce team of outstanding talents

We believe, you'll be successful if...
- You have a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience (i.e. as a product owner or similar role)
- You are familiar with a sophisticated Shopify plus set-up of an e-commerce scale-up operating in multiple markets
- Now you're the one taking the step forward, use the green field to create your e-commerce strategy to shape our success
- You have a strong analytical mindset and knowledge of tracking and reporting tools that allow you to master A/B/n tests (e.g. using GA, GTM, Google DS, Optimize,...)
- You love fast-paced environments and value huge rooms for design and decision
- You have experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, UX&UI / CRO
- You have design skills to draft mock-ups of shop features and user flows (e.g. using Figma)
