**Ihr Aufgaben**:

- Beratung der Geschäftsbereiche zu compliance-relevanten Sachverhalten und der Implementierung regulatorischer Vorgaben (insbesondere auf der Grundlage von WpHG/MiFID, MAD/MAR, MaComp und KAGB)
- Überwachung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Pflichten und Anforderungen, amtlicher Vorgaben und Marktpraktiken, z. B. zu Themen wie Interessenkonflikte und Marktmissbrauch; Durchführung von Kontrollhandlungen
- Ansprechpartner in compliance-relevanten Projekten
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung/Umsetzung des Compliance-Jahresplans und der Berichterstattung an das Management sowie andere relevante Gremien
- Planung und Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung bei der Beantwortung von Anfragen von Aufsichtsbehörden und Handelsüberwachungsstellen
- Unterstützung bei internen und externen Prüfungen
- Behebung von Feststellungen aus internen und externen Revisionsberichten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes rechts
- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches (Fach-) Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in der Finanzindustrie mit entsprechenden Kapitalmarktkenntnissen
- Ca. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Compliance oder Revision einer Bank, eines Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen bzw. einer Fonds
- oder Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
- Kenntnisse über die regulatorischen Anforderungen an Banken
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Überwachungshandlungen und Risikoanalysen
- Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit wünschenswert
- Hohes Maß an Integrität, Proaktivität und Kundenorientierung
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten im Team
- Selbständigkeit und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
