- Update and further development of website content (in collaboration with agencies)
- Reporting social media results, newsletter campaigns and website performance using our dashboards
- Proofreading of new promotional materials and coordinating of external image requests
- Support in product allocation and initiation of the release process in backorder situations
- Clarification of missing data in Patient Information Forms
- Documentation of online physician certification processes & training as well as clarification of e-learnings for customers
- Project support in planning events and training and taking on organizational tasks
- Support at customer events, trainings and trade fairs on site
- Setting follow-up tasks after events using Salesforce
- Assist in the preparation of sales team meetings by designing presentations, videos and quizzes

**What do we look for in you**
- Ongoing bachelor's/master's degree in business administration or economics or healthcare management, ideally with a focus on marketing
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Very good knowledge of using the MS Office package
- Interest in digitalization & new technologies
- Ideally initial knowledge of dealing with a reporting database, content
- management systems and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)- Ideally knowledge of Adobe Acrobat or design programs
- Ideally initial knowledge of the healthcare sector
- Willingness to travel to meetings, events and trade fairs
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Open-minded personality and strong team spirit
