**is seeking a Communications Trainee**
**at EFI Bonn Office, Germany**
EFI is seeking a trainee to support our communication activities related to the Resilience and the Governance Programmes which are both hosted at our office in Bonn.
**Your tasks will include**:
- Work in collaboration with EFI colleagues on different communications activities
- Assist in the planning of several events
- Support the communications team with web content development and blog posts
- Design and produce different printed and online materials
- Contribute to our social media channels and community strategy
**Traineeship conditions**:
- Duty station at EFI Bonn Office, Germany
- Paid monthly traineeship allowance
- Duration will be for a period of 6 months
- Starting date: April 2024
- University degree in the field of communications, web development, graphic design, or environmental sciences
- Practical experience with event management, website content and social media management
- Ideally with training in graphic design
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), WordPress or similar CMS
- Desirable basic video editing skills
