**What you’ll do**
- Work 20 hours a week or 80 hours a month in total (flexible schedule)
- Work closely with the Product Operations & Initaitive Management team and assist in performing the tasks
- Work closely with the Product Lead & the Business Analyst in streamlining the data and consolidate all the available data sources
- Support in creating dashboards to monitor the Product KPIs and licenses so internal progress can be tracked
- Support the team in the utilization of different customer insight/data management tools and support the onboarding
- Improve our existing processes and help us implementing new centralized processes
- Support across different internal product teams on an ad-hoc basis & the data analysis

**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Informatics, Data Science or similar

Preferred:

- Experience or familiarity with tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio etc.
- B2B SaaS experience
- Finished bachelor's degree
- Computer skills: Well-versed with Microsoft Office tools
- Language skills: (e.g., fluent in English, German as a plus)
- Soft skills: (e.g., team player, an expert in organizing & time management, multi-tasker, Quick understanding of new topics and interrelationships)
- Strong technical understanding /background
- Good understanding of complex business processes
- Others: (e.g., interest in SAAS Products, emerging digital technology)

The ProductOps team’s mission is to enable our Product teams to operate efficiently at scale.

Processes and tools: establishing well-defined cross-functional and product processes. identifying gaps in the tools used by product managers in the organization, diving deeply into processes that can be optimized and efficiencies that can be gained, and being an internal advocate for tool adoption and process improvements that affect other stakeholder groups.

Data analysis: support the rest of the product team in identifying available data, improving data collection, and creating ways to identify insights that can be created using the data that’s available, with an eye towards automation and dashboarding.

VoCCC: implement, maintain and improve the VoCCC practice ensuring that customers’ and internal users’ product feedback is properly captured and available to the organization

Coordination/Collaboration: ensuring that the right people are involved in the right conversations at the right time and serving as an operating partner to our product teams.#Workingstudent #Werkstudent #Germany #Deutschland #Student #LIHybrid
