**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**

The European, African, Middle East & India (AMEI) Centers of Excellence (COEs) are responsible for defining, updating, and sharing best practices, processes, and methodologies across Air Liquide in their areas of responsibility. Working with the Group COE, they also provide support—measured by KPIs—to ensure HR processes are effectively used by HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, people managers, and employees. Our teams are spread across Europe and AMEI.

The CoE Learning and Development is responsible for empowering all employees in their self-learning journey, upskilling and maintaining the internal trainers’ community designing and deploying the learning offer and new ways of learning for employees, managers and HR teams, supporting the adoption of the myHR learning module, deploying the training and qualification roadmap supported by the Intelex tool and consists of four subteams: Learning Experience, Content Creation, Performance Tools & Methods and Training & Qualifications

During your 18 months V.I.E. 's assignment as Training & Qualification Specialist (M/F/d) you will become a pivotal part of the “Training & Qualifications (T&Q) team.

Our mission is to harmonize and digitalize training and qualification processes across Europe and Middle East, leveraging our Group's central solution. We aim to ensure seamless compliance with internal & regulatory standards, empowering our teams with efficient and effective Training and Qualification paths.

As a VIE- Training & Qualification specialist (M/F/d), you'll gain experience in a large international organization across countries, contribute to a high-impact digital transformation, and develop strong project management and compliance skills in a dynamic international environment.

Your key responsibilities will be the following:

- Work closely with the Learning & Development team to support the change in the training and qualification processes to ensure successful completion
- Collaborate and support the teams in the training harmonization across EAMEI
- Help entities to ensure compliance with internal standards (IMS GP03)
- Assist in project management for various digitalization initiatives
- Collaborate with diverse European teams - it's a mission highly connected to the Operations and the AL Group Standards.

- You have an affinity for online tools and are strong with google sheets and databases
- You are fluent in English and in French

Position based in Frankfurt, Germany for a period of 18 months. Ideally starting in September, 2025.

The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world.
