Active Sourcing Specialist

ERM is looking for an Active Sourcing Specialist (m/w/d) based in the Hesse region or any other location in Germany to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition (TA) team and to support the ambitious and healthy growth within our business. The role can be home based but will require occasional travel to our German headquarters near Frankfurt. About the role The main responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to) the following: - Work closely with internal stakeholders to co-develop, implement, and execute effective sourcing and recruiting strategies that incorporate our Diversity, Equality and Inclusion values- - Execute and communicate market mapping activities to the relevant stakeholders, including identification, development and maintenance of various sourcing channels across the EMEA region- - Regular reporting on your initiative to ensure stakeholders are aware of status of ongoing searches About You- You have first relevant and proven recruiting experience, successfully executing a variety of searches, including for senior-level positions- You have knowledge and experience in a range of current recruiting policies, practices, and trends, and sourcing strategies- Ideally, you bring an understanding of environmental and sustainability industries and understand how a consulting company operates- You enjoy working in a team, managing multiple stakeholders, and provide strong consultative skills throughout the search process- You have a proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy- Working proficient language skills in German & English; other languages are a plus- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) is a plus Have we sparked your interest?
