**Head of Technology (m/w/d)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung und Leitung unseres internen Entwickler-Teams
- Nutzung Ihrer umfangreichen Erfahrung als Full Stack Engineer zur Beisteuerung von qualitativ hochwertigem Code
- Erarbeitung und Management von Co-Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten mit unseren externen Partnern und Dienstleistern
- Übernahmen der Verantwortung für die End-to-End-Entwicklererfahrung der Dienste und Funktionen in unserem Webshop, ERP-System, Konfigurator und anderer IT-Software
- Überprüfung und Optimierung unserer Software-Entwicklungsmethoden, Sprint-Planung, Durchführung von Code-Reviews und Koordinierung der Projektabwicklung
- Gelegentliche Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Deutschlands
- Hinterfragen Sie die langfristige IT-Strategie des Unternehmens und gestalten diese aktiv mit

**Ihr Profil**:

- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Entwickler (m/w/d), davon mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Entwicklerteams
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft Technologien (SQL-Server, ASP.NET, Azure und Windows Server)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Engagement, Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Erfahrung mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen (z.B. Sage, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce) wären von Vorteil
- Selbständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenmotivation
