Salesforce Administrator

This company exists for nearly 60 years and is leading in the industrial services provider industry with currently almost 20.000 employees worldwide. They support their customers along the whole life-cycle of the customers factory.

This company is one of the biggest Salesforce field lightning user in EMEA and is currently looking for a Salesforce Administrator to expand their current Salesforce team.

Tasks
- Salesforce Administration, continues improvement of the Salesforce platform
- Coordination of the support process
- Coordination of the global 1st level support teams.
- Ensure the best quality of support, check process improvements and if necessary, handle high priority tickets
- You are the go-to person for internal questions
- Close collaboration with their global IT team and external partners

**Requirements**:

- Couple (2-3) years experience as Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Certifications are beneficial
- Experience in agile working environment
- Fluent in English
