Our client is an independent and partner-led M&A investment bank and advises its clients (companies, shareholders and financial investors) on the implementation of strategic objectives in the field of Corporate Finance/M&A. With the exceptional expertise in M&A, Growth Equity and IPOs/Equity Capital Markets, our client has the industry intuition and an unrivalled track record of finding the right option for their clients.

To strengthen the offices in Berlin, Munich and Hamburg, our client is looking for strong Associates M&A.

Tasks

You will work on a wide range of projects, and will hence be gaining exposure to various financial advisory challenges. In particular:

- You are responsible for individual phases of the M&A process with direct contact to our clients.
- You create and structure investment memoranda.
- You perform company valuations using relevant methods.
- You evaluate the relevant drivers in specific sectors and prepare industry/sector analyses.
- You contribute to our team with your personality and advance our junior analysts with your expertise.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent educational background with a strong degree.
- Demonstrable sssociate level experience in Corporate Finance/M&A.
- Exceptional modelling and valuation skills with confident handling of MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Likeable personality with strengths and weaknesses, who appreciates team work.
- Great interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done.
- Fluency in German and English.
