As part of their global internal audit team, you’ll gain valuable insights across a variety of functions and operations, with a clear path for growth within the audit and finance domains.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct operational and financial audits across a diverse range of sites in the DACH & Europe region and select international locations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support and strengthen internal controls and optimize business processes.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements, focusing on key areas such as **inventory management, procurement, and fixed asset management**.

**Travel**:
This role involves significant travel, primarily within the Benelux region, with occasional trips to global locations.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in English, and ideally German**:

- **Background in Big 4 (or equivalent) or internal audit** with a specialization in the non-financial sector
- Deep understanding of **business risks** and familiarity with key processes, including inventory management, purchase-to-pay, and fixed assets.
