**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
- Leading and developing the HR Operations HQ team, including functional and disciplinary responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth, accurate and efficient execution of all daily HR operations and high-quality service delivery
- Managing and overseeing our external payroll provider, including interface management with Finance, Controlling, and IT
- Acting as the first point of contact for confidential or critical issues raised by the CHRO and HR Business Partners
- Contributing to the transformation of HR Operations into a digital, efficient and future-ready function
- Driving HR Operations-related (sub-)projects
- Developing and standardizing core HR processes for the HQ functions in close collaboration with HR BPs and relevant departments
- Preparing and analyzing HR reports, including for special topics
**YOUR SKILLS**
- Completed studies with a focus on human resources or commercial training with at least 2 years of professional and leadership experience in HR
- Solid knowledge of SAP HR and Microsoft Office tools
- Basic understanding of labor and social law
- Structured working style with high personal initiative and strong communication skills
- Enjoyment of working in a dynamic and digital environment
