**Wir suchen für unseren Bereich Logistik am Standort Nördlingen einen**

**Specialist Import / Export (m/w/d) in Teilzeit**

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Logistik von Seriengeräten und Ersatzteilen sowie Logistik von Produktionsmaterial

bis zu unseren Lieferanten
- Erstellung von Versanddokumenten wie Lieferschein, Frachtbriefe etc.

und - sofern nötig - Ausfuhrverzollung
- Rechnungserstellung
- Abwicklung der Einfuhrverzollung sowie Nachweis der Transportrechnungen
- Logistik reparierter Geräte sowie Beauftragung der Transportunternehmen

und Sondertransporten
- Verpackung und Logistik von Mustern
- Verwaltung und Pflege von Kunden-/ und Artikelstammdatenbanken
- Einreihung in den Zolltarif inkl. Dokumentation gemäß Export & Trade Compliance
- Gelangensbestätigungen
- Einbuchung von Kunden
- / Service
- und Entwicklungsaufträgen
- Wochen
- und Monatsabschluss
- monatliche Intrastatmeldung

**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Logistik/Supply Chain

oder Vergleichbares
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik und Export
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in einem ERP-System, sowie sicherer Umgang mit

MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Proaktives Vorantreiben von Veränderungen zur Unterstützung der
