Counterintelligence Plans Officer

**You Have**:

- 10+ years of experience in all-source intelligence production
- 3+ years of experience working on a J39 staff at a Combatant Command
- Knowledge of Information Capabilities, including MILDEC, DISO, MISO, and JEMSO
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Community missions, functions, and interrelationships
- Knowledge of Theater-level CI and HUMINT Operations
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with peers and senior leadership
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree

**Nice If You Have**:

- Experience providing intelligence support to Special Activities
- Experience using Intelligence Automated Systems
- Experience working with allied partners
- Knowledge of DoD HUMINT policy, directives, and doctrine
- Possession of strong critical and analytical thinking skills
- Possession of strong writing and briefing skills
- Graduate of a Command MILDEC Course, or related course

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
