**Job Description**:
Are you currently enrolled in university or college studies and want to gain some experience in a dynamic, modern, fast-growing tech company? Great We are looking for an Intern (M/F/d) to support our Community and Social Media Team
- Engage with TeamViewer fans and users by responding to user comments on our social media channels and online communities
- Assist Community Moderators and the Community Managers with day-to-day tasks and projects to increase the social experience of our customers and users
- Decrease the average response time on our social media channels and the online communities which leads to a positive customer experience
**Qualifications**:
- Digital native and tech savvy
- Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as Spanish or German are a plus
- Experience using TeamViewer software and understanding its key features is a plus
- Enthusiastic about communications, communities and social media
- Knowledge and understanding of social media channels, online forums and communities
- Service oriented with online communication skills
**Duration of internship**: minimum of 4 months, ideally 6 months
