**Your mission**
As the Lead Sales Development Representative, you are the driving force behind our Sales team. Together, you will uncover new business opportunities, spark interest in Revenue Engineering, and show our customers how to unlock their full revenue potential.
With strategic acumen and innovative approaches, you’ll simplify complex topics and inspire our customers to proactively explore new possibilities. Your team will lead the way in successfully establishing Revenue Engineering with our clients.
- **Lead and Develop**: Take responsibility for leading and developing a high-performing SDR team, including coaching and motivation.
- **Strategy and Optimization**: Co-create and implement strategies for lead generation and pipeline development.
- **Pipeline Management**: Monitor and analyze team performance to ensure lead generation targets are met.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Close Collaboration**: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless collaboration and the best possible outcomes.
- **Inspire Vision**: Act as an ambassador of our vision and mission, inspiring the team to embody it in every interaction with potential customers.
**Your profile**
As a Lead Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the driving force behind our SDR team. You will be responsible for building and further developing the team, working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams, and contributing to our mission: helping our customers increase their revenues through targeted outreach and innovative solutions.
- **Sales Development Experience**: You have experience in an SDR or similar role and bring leadership experience.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: You’re an excellent communicator, able to inspire and persuade others.
- **Strategic Thinking**: You understand sales processes and know how to optimize and scale them.
- **Tech-Savvy**: You have experience with SaaS or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- **Visionary**: You share our passion for Revenue Engineering and are motivated to make a real difference with your team.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent German and English at a native level are essential.
