**Deine Aufgaben: Du machst mit uns den Unterschied.**:

- In your role as **Senior App UX/UI Designer (M/F/d) **you will work closely with other UI and UX-designers to **develop new solutions for the international shop-platform **. Also, you will **work hand in hand **with a **product owner and developers **(Frontend & Full-stack) depending on the projects and teams.
- While **being part of the centralized team **that is responsible for the pattern library, the main team you will be working with is the **App Development Team **.
- You will be **responsible for all UX/UI layouts **within the App. It is a native App, which needs adjusting in the web client patterns.
- Being responsible for a **consistent user interface and user experience **for the customer, you will **define guidelines on functionality as well as corporate identity **and ensure these are upheld by the developers.
- We mainly use **Figma **for our designs and working with developers.
- You will also **work closely with Specialists from our User Research Department **on user experience questions. The actual interviews/surveys are conducted by third-party vendors.

- Ideally you have a **degree in an information technology related field, media/design, psychology or specifically in UX/UI area **. A degree is not a must, professional experience that allows you to analyze and understand customer needs and then translate that into designs is just as good.
- Moreover you have **at least 5 years of experience in a UX or UI role **.
- **Excellent understanding of different methodologies **used for gaining customer/user insights and solution development set you apart.
- Beyond that you have a **very good understanding of design systems **(Pattern Libraries).
- **Speaking either German or English at a professional level **is a prerequisite.
- You are a **great communicator **and you have a strong belief in supporting the needs of the customer.
