**What you do**

**Key reponsibilities include**:

- Contribute to defining the technology vision and strategy for the Allianz Group in line with the overall IT Strategy of the Allianz Group
- Assume responsibility for the definition of principles, standards, and technologies that support the implementation of that strategy
- Create heatmaps, roadmaps and KPIs to prioritize and to structure Allianz’ technology transformation and plan and execute trainings, mobilization sessions and other measures to upskill and onboard the global Allianz team
- Communicate technology roadmaps to drive execution by Allianz Technology and by business OEs together and in close alignment with the involved domain owners
- Conduct research and analysis as well as coordinate proof of concepts around prospective technologies in order to trial new capabilities as defined in the technology roadmap jointly and supported by domain experts
- Engage in relevant Allianz governance bodies and processes, e.g. Architecture Review Board
- Develop and maintains documentation which defines the appropriate use of technology across domains

**What you bring**
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in IT strategy, IT architecture and business platform development, delivery and management
- MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics or in a related field
- Demonstrated experience in a technology strategy, IT strategy or similar role within a large enterprise or consulting environment
- Demonstrated experience in the development of technology strategy and architecture policies, principles and roadmaps, preferably linked to business platform or product teams
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills targeted at a diverse audience, with an emphasis on the ability to influence effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute team mobilization and onboarding session
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Technical Architecture space
- Work experience in a highly diverse, international environment
