We are looking for Students to join the Asset Management Offshore team.

Asset Management Offshore Wind at Northland Power Europe is focused on the operational offshore wind asset and supporting offshore wind projects that are under development or construction with the operational business case modelling.

In particular, the Asset Management offshore Wind supports the following functions:
Commercial Asset Management:

- OPEX cost modeling for operational projects
- OPEX cost modeling for development projects
- OPEX budgeting and forecasting for operational projects
- Commercial Benchmarking
- Asset related commercial reporting internally & externally

Technical Asset Management:

- Availability calculations for operational projects
- Performance analysis on operational projects
- Technical risk identification on operational projects
- Technical status summary of operational projects
- Technical benchmarking
- Operational electricity trading
- Asset related technical reporting internally & externally

Strategic Asset Management:

- Risk & Opportunity Management
- Risk cost modeling in collaboration with the Commercial Asset Management
- Short-term & Mid-term Asset Strategy for Offshore Wind Portfolio
- Ebitda Improvement
- Scoping of O&M during project development and construction phase

What you’ll do:
In the role of student, you will support the Asset Management Team with the above day-to-day tasks within the frame of:

- Student jobs (Werksstudent)
- Internship (Praktika)

Qualifications and experience
- Study in Economics; Renewables; Engineering
- Knowledge of the wind industry is beneficial
- Good English skills; fluent in German.
- Advanced Proficiency in MS Office, in particular MS Excel
- Technical interest and numerical understanding
- Flexibility to learn and work with different software and tools
- Analytical mind set and self-initiative way of working
- Team-player who is open-minded, likes to interact but can also focus and get things done
