Working student Enterprise Architecture (f/m/d)
Essity is strategically focusing on the Hygiene and Health business and is driving to enable operational excellence through harmonization and integration of key business processes. To achieve the desired business outcomes there needs to be an overall focus on Enterprise Architecture.
To strengthen our delivery services, processes and initiatives in the Enterprise Architecture area, we are searching for a Working student.
About the Role
In this position as Working student you will focus on supporting EA services and processes, will closely work with the Enterprise Architecture community and IT stakeholders (such as, Delivery leads, Business Partners, Project Managers, etc). This role ensures that Enterprise Architecture domain delivers Services that exceeds stakeholder’s expectations.
We are looking for a person who is a quick learner of new Applications and Technologies. Power BI, Power Automate and Sharepoint experience will be preferred. The person should be an absolute team player working with internal colleagues and external partners. You should think in solutions and out of the box, take on challenges and always strive to improve yourself.
What You Will Do- Support and continuously improve EA (Enterprise Architecture) Service delivery and EA Processes- Create and manage Power BI based analytical reports in Architecture area- Work closely with Architects on leading edge tools and technology and use the same for improving EA delivery or supporting new EA initiatives- Help drive initiatives for expanding or improving value delivery- Actively seek out new technologies and trends and advocate for change within Essity
Who You Are-
- Bachelor or Master student (M/F/d) ideally in Computer Science/IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics. Business Administration, Finance or Strategic Management are also considerable.- Fast learner, logical understanding, multitasking and motivation to work in a challenging surrounding- Independent way of working, self-confident appearance at times on management level- Interested in strategic and emerging topics-
- Power BI, Power Automate and Sharepoint skills will be preferred- Fluent in English (written and verbal) - German, French or Swedish is a plus- Bring an analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
