**The position**

The Product Owner plays a crucial role in our journey to bring successful products to market. This role ensures the translation of the product vision into execution and is responsible for product ROI. The Product Owner maximizes business value through prioritizing work in collaboration with all teams and stakeholders in the value stream.

Instead of animals, we use fermentation to produce real milk proteins which we incorporate into traditional European cheese products. **What you will be doing**
- Coordinating the development and market launch of exceptional products containing recombinant protein by creating and executing actionable roadmaps
- Work cross functionally with different teams like Consumer & Market Insights, Technical Product Development, Industrialization, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercialization.
- Aligning and operationalizing strategic initiatives
- Understanding and fulfilling customer needs
- Prioritizing opportunities and creating transparency around decisions
- Delivering business impact through making product innovation happen
- Mobilizing teams and people around the product value stream
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Business degree plus technical degree or experience would be preferred
- Experience in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of agile practices and experience in executing them effectively
- Advanced project management skills
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Fluent in English
