Ensuring product quality for series products and development projects and helping to maintain the quality management system.
- Managing and processing product-related customer complaints (including customer communication) and internal complaints and continuously optimizing the complaints process
- Coordinating and supporting the implementation of error analyses and deriving appropriate measures to rectify errors, including effectiveness checks
- Decision-making authority for the control of defective products
- Support and implementation of internal and external audits
- Active participation in development projects & change processes in accordance with internal specifications
- Carrying out and documenting initial sampling for internal and external customers, as well as checking and approving test reports from suppliers
- Carrying out machine and process acceptance tests in cooperation with the specialist departments and documenting them
- Collaboration and, if necessary, moderation of FMEA processes as well as active collaboration in the creation and updating of production control plans
- Creating and obtaining deviation approvals and change notifications
- Participation in maintaining, updating and recertifying the QM system (IATF 16949)
- Q-side process monitoring in conjunction with instruction/training of production employees
- Recording and reporting of key performance indicators

**What your background should look like**:

- Completed university education / completed technical school education with several years of specialized professional experience
- 2-3 years of specialized professional experience
- QM training ISO9001, IATF16949 or comparable
- Experience with QM core tools (FMEA, 5Why, Ishikawa, 8D etc.)
- Technical understanding and good grasp of overall technical solutions
- Practical knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
- Strong and situationally adapted assertiveness, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and quick comprehension skills
- Ability to work independently and autonomously in a team as well as a high degree of flexibility and customer orientation
- Knowledge of written and spoken German and English
