**Digital Solution Expert (M/F/d)**

**At Bayer, we are shaping the future of agriculture for farmers, consumers, and the planet. We are seeking a talented Digital Solutions Expert that will help fundamentally transform product discovery, development, and registration efforts in the agricultural space by automating workflows through development of scalable and sustainable digital solutions and connecting data across Regulatory Sciences.**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Developing and implementing digital strategies that meet the current and future needs of stakeholders
- Develop strong understanding of Regulatory Science business processes to identify and implement innovative digital solutions
- Define, develop & implement digital products and services that meet user needs and business objectives
- Designing and developing data solutions that enable faster and more efficient regulatory processes
- Design and develop technical solutions to meet business requirements.
- Facilitate collaboration between different teams or departments by identifying common interests, challenges, and goals.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Long term professional digital workflow engineering experience
- Experience in designing modular systems and deployment of complex workflows
- Engineering ability to solve complex issues with re-usable frameworks
- Cloud engineering experience in AWS, Azure or GCP
- Knowledge of Linux,.NET core, Vuejs or Angular JS, sound command of Python and Pandas or equivalent technologies for modern workflow development
- Experience with version control, automatic deployments, and unit testing of digital workflow solutions
- Great communication skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German knowledge is an advantage
