**The Director of EHS- EU/China **will manage a team across a specified geography and multiple business functions seeking to optimize EHS resource deployment against strategic objectives.

Responsible for influencing an assigned group of GQO partners toward delivering GQO level objectives and projects. Maintain regional compliance with commonly recognized national and international EH&S governing bodies and regularly communicate all EH&S compliance and improvement initiatives to assigned Division Manufacturing Leaders (DMLs). Assist the Sr. Director of EHS toward achieving “Best in Class” program status.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following: Accountable for successful implementation of EHS services to local Supply Chain(GQO), Logistics customers in support of business objectives; Creates value by driving greater efficiency and standardization in the deployment of EHS resources, processes, procedures and programs using a regional construct; Accountable for delivery of agreed-to regional EHS work plan; and Builds and manages a lean, highly competent EHS support team that delivers superior EHS services to all facilities within the campus. Key focus areas are:

- Provide Regional Monthly / Quarterly EH&S updates for assigned manufacturing facilities and Division.
- Ensure region and assigned manfucturing plants are aligned with, or certified to ISO 14001 and 45001.
- Ensure thorough EH&S Risk Identification and Abatement Program is implemented for all assigned locations / region.
- Communicate major EH&S risk(s) to Division Manufacturing and Site leaders, abating prioritized risks.
- Provide resources and program support to manufacturing/logistics plants within the assigned region.
- Ensure all assigned manufacturing/logistics facilities provide accurate and timely data input to the e-EH&S Management System(SAP).
- Manage consultants, expenditures and other projects to meet goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international EH&S laws, standards, international certifications and internal procedures.

Additional responsibilities include: Defines and coordinates all EHS resource needs within the region while optimizing leverage of SMEs (e.g., IH, environmental, safety) across supply chain locations; Supports intra-region hiring, staff management, workload distribution; Continuously monitors all aspects of Division EHS performance, providing direction to Site EHS leaders and Site EHS teams; Leads and executes administrative activities including Recruiting, Budget Management, Cost allocation, and regulatory tracking processes; and Provides EHS technical assistance and support as needed across all EU region locations with the exception of Ireland manufacturing.
