**MOM Product Specialist - PIC (M/F/d)**

Become part of a team of product specialists/managers (M/F/d) with a focus on production IT and Manufacturing Operations Management products in a complex and motivating work environment. Ensure the stable and secure operation of our global Production Information Center, be responsible for successful high-quality deployment, documentation and training of the system to drive user adoption, business outcomes and ensure proper, maximized usage.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Act as an expert (M/F/d) on all digital product feature and product deployment issues in the production environment and collaborated with internal and external teams to identify the appropriate actions based on user issues, problems, etc.
- Ensure the stable and secure operation of a global and complex AVEVA / OSIsoft PI history platform used worldwide at Bayer Crop Science
- Analyze, solve and document problem cases, continuously develop, adapt and keep the system up to date
- Develop standardized concepts and blueprints to ensure high-quality operation of the system and implement them in close cooperation with the responsible product manager and product specialists in an international environment
- Work independently with global / local process experts and business stakeholders from the production environment to gather requirements, independently plan, create and support work packages
- Help drive user adoption of the product by creating communication, training, documentation and rollout plans to strengthen our business relationships globally
- Provide customer-focused solutions by working with external partners to leverage your expertise
- Work with global leaders to create a strategic product roadmap that addresses user requirements and ensures usage and adoption
- You continuously educate yourself to meet changing business needs, make sense of new technologies, and continually optimize existing processes
- You participate in innovation activities to drive digitalization forward for Bayer
- For presentations in front of larger user groups or business stakeholders, they use well-known audio/video tools or meet on-site when possible

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University degree in engineering or natural sciences, computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification with several years of experience as IT product specialist (M/F/d) or software consultant (M/F/d)
- Good knowledge in the area of AVEVA / OSIsoft PI (Data Archive, Asset Framework, Event Frames, PI Vision, OPC DA/UA, PI Batch interfaces, etc.), as well as a secure handling of databases (SQL-Server), Microsoft Windows servers, interface technologies, security concepts
- Sound experience in the production environment with CropScience production processes is desirable
- High degree of communication skills, conceptual and analytical understanding and assertiveness
- Ability to work in or lead a cross-functional team and build relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders of the company
- Ability to support innovation and forward-thinking concepts
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

**This position can be located in Dormagen or Leverkusen.**
