(Senior) Sourcer

LeanIX is in a hyper growth stage and due to that we are excited to expand our team with a Global Talent Sourcer. You will be responsible for supporting and collaborating with our 5 global Talent Acquisition Specialists (TA's) based in Germany, Netherlands, Spain and US. You will be sourcing and pipelining consistently highly qualified talent for the open roles (Go-To-Market and Engineering roles) to support our TA's. Next to that you will be a key member who ensures that sourcing strategies and processes are aligned with business needs, talent strategy and desired employee capabilities and skills.

**Global Talent Sourcer (f/m/d)**:
Connected remote and based in Bonn, Germany or Amsterdam, the Netherlands

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 2-4 years of working experience in a dedicated Sourcer role and within an international IT Service or SaaS company
- Successful track record of identifying, attracting, pipelining highly qualified talent in a variety of functional roles with focus on SaaS (Sales and IT) for our EMEA & USA region
- Proactive demeanour and high level of independence and drive;
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, detail orientation, ability to proactively and effectively handle multiple tasks independently
- Advanced English communication skills (verbal & written), native German language is a big plus.
