**We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer/Video Producer to join our Performance Marketing team in the heart of buzzing Berlin**

We're looking for an experienced Motion designer/Video Producer to develop engaging and performing videos for all Babbel channels This role is based in our Berlin office and reports to the Head of Video Production.

As a Senior Motion designer/Video Producer, you will be part of the cross-functional Creative Video Production team that is responsible for conceiving, developing, and post-producing a variety of videos for all Babbel channels (social media, offline, SEM/Display, ASO). Your role focuses on cross-channel video production management and oversight of the day-to-day video operations. As part of the Performance Marketing department, you need to be interested in Marketing and how to make a video that drives engagement and sales.

**You will**:

- Join a team of video producers and work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketers as well as external partners
- Produce creative assets and participate in campaigns that drive performance, while keeping the brand consistent
- Lead and collaborate on a wide range of video projects for all Babbel channels but mainly Meta, Tik-Tok, Snapchat, and Pinterest
- Facilitate pre-production, production, and post-production stages for in-house production
- Pitch your ideas, manage feedback, and influence the direction of your projects by identifying and defining new opportunities
- Contribute to evolving our processes, tools, and systems to ensure we stay efficient while keeping the work extraordinary

**You have**:

- 5+ years of professional experience in the film/media industry
- Proficiency with the Adobe CC (After Effect, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop )
- Excellent design craft with an eye for detail and consistency
- Experience with creating social video and enthusiasm for social platforms
- Great communication and time management skills

**You are**:

- Strategic thinker, able to see an idea through from concept to execution
- Proficient in written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
