DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN
- Führung der Teams „Product Management“ und „Product Innovation“
- Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe und Prozesse zu anderen Abteilungen
- Coaching und Unterstützung der Produkt-/Projektteams bei der Ausrichtung und Umsetzung der segmentspezifischen Roadmaps
- Leitung strategisch wichtiger Change
- und Kundenprojekte
- Umsetzung und Aussteuerung der Portfoliostrategie in einer Produkt
- und Preisstrategie
- Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing zur Umsetzung eines Go-to-Market-Ansatzes
- Planung und Implementierung von Launch-Konzepten zur Befähigung von Sales und Marketing
- Steuerung des Product Innovation & Compliance Teams
- Ergebnisorientierte Ausrichtung der Softwarelösung Monday in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projekt Management Office
- Product Owner der PLM/PDM

DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Bachelorabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement oder strategischen Marketing
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung im Produktmanagement, strategischem Marketing oder Business Development-Kontext
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Konfliktfähigkeit und Resilienz
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit
- Kenntnisse in Produktstrategie, Go-to-Market-Strategie und Erfolgsrechnung
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office, PDM, ERP und Projektmanagementsoftware von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Berufsbekleidungsbranche von Vorteil
