**At a Glance**:
We are looking for a hands-on Campaign Lead to join our Campaign team. This role will project manage and own the end to end delivery of brand and product campaigns for the European region. You will be responsible for extending Global campaigns and bringing to life regional specific campaigns based on localised needs, steer the project-team at HQ and in Country, create a fluid line of communication from Global to Country. You are able to set and drive brand direction for the region, and play an integral role in connecting the Global - Regional - Country team members for all things campaigns. The role reports into the Head of Global Campaigns and Head of Marketing Europe.
- Stellenbeschreibung: Your Team: As you might expect from a running brand, the Marketing team at On is a fast-paced, dynamic, innovation-driven and hands-on place to be. The Campaigns team consists of goal-getters from different corners of the world that form the heart of any product and brand campaign. Sitting in On's HQ in Zurich, we develop and manage campaigns that are rolled out around the globe. The Campaign Lead Europe is based in Zurich, integrated into both the Global Campaign and European marketing teams. Your Mission:
Oversee all campaign planning and execution for Europe, ensuring successful rollout and integration into our global Go-To-Market planning
Create strong 360° rollout plans together with both global and regional channel owners (Digital, Social, Events, PR, Sports Marketing, Influencers/Ambassadors, Trade etc.) with the consumer in the center of it
Project manage all campaign details from beginning to end, ensuring they meet the target objectives, seamlessly integrating and executing the global campaign vision on a regional scale, including writing briefs, creating timelines and managing campaign budgets
Be the ultimate campaign evangelist, presenting campaign plans to internal stakeholders for feedback, alignment, and rollout
Be the brand voice on campaign and project level for the European region
Demonstrate leadership within marketing operations tasks; e.g. invite to team meetings, help out at events, join photoshoots, you own your campaigns
- Profil: Your Story:
5-7 years' experience in Brand Marketing and Management roles; 3+ years' experience within project management in a digital and brand marketing team
You are a digital native and have a sound understanding of integrated marketing, true experience running 360° marketing campaigns (both online and offline)
Proven project management, problem solving, and communication skills, with the ability to own several projects at the same time with a variety of stakeholders at all levels and virtually across the globe
Innovative entrepreneur attitude, proactive approach, strong focus on results, hands-on mentality - all the way from being a sparring partner to the creatives in your team, coming up with out-of-the-box ideas to setting up team meetings, joining photoshoots, lending a hand at events.
Able to make even the most complex problems easy to understand - your real talent lies in the creation of simple, impactful solutions while keeping a positive spirit
You have experience working with critical marketing success metrics and KPIs
A professional or strong personal connection to the field of sports, digital trends, content and brand marketing
A real linguist, you're as confident speaking and writing in German as you are in English
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time (within Europe); travel will fluctuate based on business needs
