Now our client, a Japanese consulting company in Düsseldorf, is seeking for a
- work from home
- contract options: commission, freelance contract
- selectable from a few hours up to 40 hours per week

**Your responsibilities**:

- pre-screening: create lists of qualified information
- data management using CRM tools
- collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth recruitment processes
- build relationships and negotiate with relevant parties

**Your profile**:

- BtoB sales experience
- relevant experience in data research and profile analysis
- business fluent in Japanese and English languages, German language skills are preferable, but not mandatory
- IT literate; experience in CRM tools, IT-tools-based data construction and data management
- digital marketing skills such as social network marketing are preferable
- project management skills
- freelancer or self-employed
- you can manage schedule yourself
