Production Control Supervisor Ii

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Production Control Supervisor typically performs all functional duties independently.
- Provides guidance or direction to production personnel, working independently with minor mínimal supervision or guidance.
- Inspects work in progress and record observations.
- Prepares corrective action plans based on data, observations, and reports.
- Submits recommendations for any required training to improve quality control processes or skills to correct identified deficiencies.
- Assists in maintaining compliance requirements across multiple production projects at various frequencies.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- ** Must obtain or already have an active Germany/E.U. Work VISA to be considered.**:

- Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements, if needed.
- ** Three (3) to 10 years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree.**:

- Proven maintenance, repair and technical experience and background in industrial manufacturing, commercial maintenance or military operations or maintenance.
- Mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills to diagnose, align, and repair failed and damaged systems.
- Proven communicator in verbal and written disciplines.
- Ability to provide formal, over-the-shoulder, and on-the-spot training to contractor and unit personnel.

**Security Clearance Requirements**:

- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain **Public Trust Clearance** is required prior to starting this position.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and knee.
- Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
- Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.
