- As a Senior Analyst Business Controlling you play an important role in the Controlling activities for our Customer Solutions business: You contribute to processes and projects across the E.ON Group and provide performance insight and steering impulse into the European Customer Solutions business. You report to the Head of Reporting and Performance Management, working hand in hand with colleagues from numerous global functions and regional finance departments to enable our business to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.- In this role you are committed to supporting a strong performance culture and ensure the integrity and consistency of commercial performance information at all times. You also take a role in- Analyzing European Customer Solutions business activities and KPIs from a financial and operational perspective, including special KPI reports, ad-hoc deep-dives as well as special analysis of performance relevant topics
- Providing transparency and analysis on quarterly closings, mid-term planning, budgeting and forecasting of the Customer Solution business
- Partnering with regional Energy Infrastructure Solutions and commodity business experts as well as all other relevant stakeholders and provide a fit-for-purpose KPI set to support business decisions
- Evaluating and appraising investment opportunities and providing recommendations to decision makers
- Supporting the group-wide capital allocation process, prioritizing investments and Cost-to-Acquire opportunities within the Customer Solutions businesses
- Fostering high quality stakeholder relationships with your counterparts in the local businesses

**A convincing background**
- Degree in Finance, Business Management or an equivalent qualification paired with experience in financial and/or sales controlling
- Several years of professional experience in the finance area, ideally in an operational Customer Solutions business in the international context of a large corporation
- Understanding of the performance drivers behind the Customer Solutions business, both in the world of commodities as well as in the solutions business
- Experience in contributing to analytical/best practice projects, ideally across various markets
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with a pragmatic spirit, an entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude - proven by tangible examples of delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment
- Ideally with skills in the use of Financial and Management Information systems (e.g. SAP, Tagetik, CRM systems) and a strong interest in supporting the digitalization of Controlling across our business
- The drive to improve your own area of responsibility pro-actively, continuously, and with good interpersonal, communication and management skills to become a preferred partner for stakeholders
- A high-level personal integrity, reliability and ownership as well as enthusiasm for working and winning in an international team and developing yourself daily.
- Fluency in German and business English and the mobility to undertake international business travel
