You support the F&B Operations and the Admin Manager

You take care of correct accounting and clean administrative processes

You contribute to the budget preparation and keep an eye on the evaluations and analyses in the F&B area

You support the ordering process and the optimal merchandise management and step in when one of your colleagues from the purchasing or restaurant department is on vacation.

You support the operative departments if necessary and are always on the spot when something is burning
