Channel Marketing Specialist

Join our field marketing team We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who will develop, implement and execute marketing activities for the DACH region, with a special focus on Austria and Switzerland.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Define priorities and assign projects for selected resellers for the assigned region in accordance with the global and DACH marketing plan
- Working with the regional marketing head and sales leaders, understand the business goals and execute marketing activities according to them.
- Develop, agree and implement marketing activities for defined Sophos resellers with the related distribution partners within given schemes
- Initiate regional marketing activities in line with the given budget and regional sales strategy
- Maintaining the reseller marketing budgets for the assigned region
- Assist, promoting and initiating effective joint marketing programs with selected Sophos resellers and internal sales team
- Maintain regional Partner Portal content
- Plan, prepare and attend events, fairs and conferences
- Development and execution of Sophos driven events for channel partners and alliance partners
- Development and coordination of Sophos regional channel webinar program
- Manage and coordinate the DACH partner incentive platform
- Coordinate development/localization of necessary documents/material to support reseller activities
- Working closely with the Marketing and Sales, Pre-Sales teams

Skills & Experience
- University degree in Marketing or equaling experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in marketing, preferably channel marketing
- Fluency in German and English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel in the DACH region (less than 25%)
- Creativity and initiation
