We are looking for a Warehouse Operator (M/F/d) to process deliveries and shipping orders, so that everything runs smoothly and on time. Our products include raw materials and clinical study materials that must be handled with the utmost care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receiving and storing deliveries under the correct conditions (e.g. temperature-controlled storage)
- Recording deliveries in our system and properly labeling the items
- Preparation of the necessary documents, such as pick lists and shipping labels
- Conduct shipping of clinical trial materials
- Handle special deliveries (e.g. urgent or sensitive shipments) with trusted courier services
- Identify and report quality issues with materials to ensure they are isolated until the issue is resolved
- Careful documentation in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) of all work steps carried out

What We’re Looking For:

- Detail-oriented and responsible work ethic
- Initial experience in the areas of warehousing, logistics or quality control (career changers are also welcome)
- A background in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, but not essential
- Accuracy and precision, particularly in handling and documenting materials
- A reliable team player who is motivated to learn new things
- Basic computer skills (e.g. MS Office, ERP systems)
- Knowledge of German and English is generally required
