Das PRIF - Leibniz-Institut für Friedens
- und Konfliktforschung analysiert die Ursachen internationaler und innerstaatlicher Konflikte. Als eines der führenden Friedensforschungsinstitute in Europa verbinden wir interdisziplinäre Grundlagenforschung mit dem Transfer von Wissen in Politik, Medien und Gesellschaft. Seit 2009 ist PRIF Mitglied der Leibniz-Gemeinschaft, der bundesweit exzellente außer-universitäre Forschungseinrichtungen angehören. Das PRIF hat seinen Sitz in Frankfurt am Main und unterhält ein Büro in Berlin. Über 100 Mitarbeiter*innen aus Wissenschaft, Verwaltung und Kommunikation tragen zum Erfolg des Instituts bei. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt:
**Eine*n Referent*in Finance (m/w/d)**:
in Vollzeit, bis Entgeltgruppe 13 TV-H, vorerst für die Dauer von 2 Jahren (gem. - 14 Abs. 1 Satz 2 Nr. 7 TzBfG)

** Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Finance-Bereichs;
- Erstellung von regelmäßigen Reports und Statistiken;
- Ansprechperson für alle vergaberelevanten Themen im Haus;
- Überwachung und Betreuung von Vergaben;
- Digitalisierung der Bereiche Vergabe und Inventarisierung;
- Mitarbeit in der Selbstverwaltung des Instituts.

** Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/Diplom) im Bereich Wirtschaft oder Recht;
- Digitalisierungserfahrung;
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Zuwendungsrecht und Vergaberecht;
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Sozialkompetenz;
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache.
